Via Planetree Web Eduation worden de internationale goede voorbeelden met elkaar gedeeld. Het is als het ware een online presentatie, waarbij alle deelnemers aan de Web Education de gelegenheid krijgen vragen te stellen.

How to Get, and Keep, Employees Engaged

We have found that staff members throughout our facility have many creative ideas that for various reasons have not been mobilized in the past. Under the Planetree umbrella, Quick Fix highlights physical and process changes required in patient and staff care areas that can be accomplished in 1 day or less, energizing staff. This concept grew out of a larger, “grant” program under the Healing Environments component team, where more extensive projects are written up and proposed by staff, required approval through the Planetree Steering Committee.
Participants will have an opportunity to “see” examples of where the Quick Fix Program can be applied, and how this can increase Staff/Patient/Family Engagement in the Planetree Program
Participants will be able to demonstrate how “lessons learned” from one area, can be applied to another,
incorporating concepts of staff education.
Participants will be able to demonstrate how these concepts can be incorporated into retreat programs, and overall patient centered culture of their facilities.
